What if i need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?We kindly ask you to inform us of any cancellations at least 48 hours in advance.

Do the cleaners come fully equipped?The cleaners come equipped with all products and equipment necessary to complete the service to the highest standard. You don't need to provide anything.

What if no one is home to let the cleaner in?You do not need to be at home to let the cleaner in. However, you must organise access beforehand. We recommend organising a safe lockbox with a code for your key.

What payment methods do you require?We accept payments via bank transfer or direct debit. We do accept cash payments on the day of service, just let our friendly team know if you want to pay cash. If an invoice is due, we will send daily reminders until it is paid. If you have any questions or concerns about payment methods, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Do you require a deposit for bookings?No! We do not require deposits for our services. However, we ask that you still give us 48 hours notice if you want to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Do i have to sign a contract?No. However, we recommend you read through our terms and conditions which are accessible via our website.

What areas do you service?We service Coffs Harbour, Coffs Hinterlands and surrounding areas. If you are unsure if we service your area feel free to give us a call or send us an email to confirm.

Are your cleaners trained and safe?Our team are fully trained and we pride ourselves on keeping safety at the forefront of our minds at all times. We are fully insured (Workcover & Public Liability) & licensed (White cards, police checks, working with childrens checks). Our team uses commercial equipment and tools to efficiently, and thoroughly get the job done! We have extensive knowledge, know-how and experience! In height related services, our team use harnesses and anchor points to ensure safety of staff and your property.

What are the steps to book a service?To quickly book a cleaning appointment, fill out our 'request a quote' form. We will respond as soon as possible via email, providing you with all necessary information about our services, prices, and availability.

How does your pricing work?We will quote you based on the size of your house/ the houses exterior. When pricing a house clean we will ask you how many levels your house is, how many bathrooms you have and how many bedrooms you have. For our exterior cleaning services we can provide a price indication/ estimate. However, every property size, access points, and depth of clean is different which means our service prices differ slightly.

Do you offer package discounts?Absolutely! We provide impressive discounts on quoted when multiple services are included.

How long do your services take?The duration of our service is dependant on the size of the house or area being cleaned. For house cleaning we give ourselves a minimum of 2 hours.
